The image represents the scene from the Christian Gospels of the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem - now celebrated on the Sunday before Easter; Jesus riding on a colt (sometimes translated as an ass or a donkey) with the pathway lined with cloaks and palms. | ||||
Condition: |
Very good condition. There is one spot of extra heavy pigment near the donkey’s front leg - fairly unobtrusive. The print will be shipped, unmounted, secured in an archival protective mat. | ||||
