The image is of praying people in Tibet, where Buddhism is deeply rooted, with prayers said every day in the morning at sun rise. Mr. Yongsheng's work can incorporate contempory subjects or more traditional subject matter. Much symbolism is present in both types of work. | ||||
Condition: |
Very good condition. All issues affect the margins only, not the image area. Plate marks on the right margin and upper right margin and upper left margin. Margins slightly soiled with a few printing ink stains on the left margin. Handling creases in the margins. Matted in new archival materials. Of the marginal issues, only the plate mark at the upper image corners is visible in the mat window. These marks are common on all of the artist's large scale works. Large sheet size - shipped flat. | ||||
